Anime: Digimon Frontier – Episode 6 Summary

“The episode with vertigo..”

(Money money money, it’s so funny..)

Studio: Toei Animation

Genre: Adventure, Fantasy, Age: All ages

Released: April 1, 2001 – March 31, 2002

From the last episode, the kids try their luck at a digimon village’s cafe, but get thrown out because they have no money. (Japanese Yen don’t count!)

They see a sign saying “Heroes Wanted, all your meals for free!” Naturally they can’t resist and get hired by the KaratsukiNumemon. They want help for rescuing their women after Grumblemon captured them, but are too weak to fight.

(Yeah, sticking to the rug isn’t easy for us, we don’t have glue-butts..)

Now, these KaratsukiNumemon live on a mountain a vertical village.  Getting there is a real doozy, as gravity and the sideways nature of the buildings play with your mind.

After getting there, they let the KaratsukiNememon know that they are Legendary Warriors!

(Scariest way to wake up!)

…And they’re hung off a cliff!

Turn out, Grumblemon is also a Legendary Warrior and the Numemon think these humans are allies with him.

(Grumblemon no share the Spirit..)

Grumblemon shows up, but doesn’t care about the humans. He tries to destroy them instead!

After a grueling battle, where he gets the best out of the Legendary Warriors, he find the fractal code of the mountain.

(Gigasmon take the best prize for ugly!)

After Spirit Digivolving into Gigasmon, he absorbs all of the fractal code, and leaves a massive hole in the mountain, which the Digi-destined fall into!
